1. The Holiday

Double whammy since this Nancy Meyers rom-com also functions as a Christmas movie. But it's the New Years scene where everything really kicks off. The ending is just the beginning if you will...

2. When Harry Met Sally...

Probably the best New Years scene comes from "When Harry Met Sally..." in my humble opinion. It makes me tear up everytime!

3. The Thin Man

Celebrate New Years Nick and Nora style. The 1934 romp has become a New Years staple in my household thanks to my Godmother. Shout out to Kerry Karsian!

4. Forrest Gump

If you start watching Forrest Gump at exactly 10:38:57, you can ring in the New Year with Lieutenant Dan.

5. New Years Eve

It's just as cringy and cheesy as Valentine's Day, but "New Years Eve" is still a lot of fun. Bon Jovi, thank you for your service.
